How do I resolve this issue.

You must accept the terms and conditions for automatic payment method that will be used to pay any charges related to selling and buyer reimbursements.

I have 1000's of products on ebay. I get this now when I try to add any more.

You should probably ask this on the US boards as the policies there may be different to Australia.
