Monthly Limit

It's been a while since I've sold anything on EBay and have a few items to list. I have come up against the:

"This listing would cause you to exceed the amount you can list. You can list up to $10.00 more in total sales this month. Please consider reducing the starting price or request to list more"

message. Does this mean that I can no longer fix a starting price or BIN price on listed items? is a $10/month limit normal?

I find it hard to believe that this is the case but can't find any reference either here on site or by search engine that doesn't refer to store operators.

Talk to eBay on Live Chat. Tomorrow, too late tonight. Anecdotally they will lift your limits if you ask and have a previous track record.

Remember, you are asking them for a favour, so be polite and only use facts, not feelings.

Thanks for that, too easy! I'm still unsure as to why they changed things. Used to work really well the old way (at least for me!)
