Just out of curiosity, can someone trade using multiple user names?Found two listings that were near identical but with different user names. Just wondering.

Short answer - yes.
Longer answer - it depends on why. Many sellers have different selling IDs for selling different types of items or to take advantage of the 30 free monthly listings on one or more IDs.
Unfortunately some sellers also set up multiple IDs to sell to each other to boost feedback before they start scamming.
Where are the two sellers located? What are the items worth? Are they auction or BIN? I believe you can have multiple auction listingson the same ID, so separate IDs would not be an issue.
