My First Neg Feedback Is Driving Me To The Wall

Hello, I sold an item and when buyer received it, emailed me and said she was disappointed.

No problem, return for full refund..return postage at buyers cost.

All done, beautiful.

Then she Negs me....I went into a spin.  I knocked myself out to retain my 100% feedback, and one buyer can wipe that out with a nasty day response.

Ebay utterly refuse to intervene...she has not responded to request to revise...Are buyers always  more protected by ebay than sellers?

One NEG out of 2000 will make no difference to your trading.  Pity about your response.  But as soon as it slips to the next page nobody will notice it.
