My ads are not running and I am not selling anything because eBay has blocked my ads. They say the ads do not comply with brand regulations. Even after I changed the ads, they still are blocked.
Can someone please advise me how I can resolve this matter?
Start your listings with Radiator then before mentioning the make it fits add "For" example Radiator For Holden Commodore VZ V6. This lets the system know its not a genuine part but one that will fit that model. If the manufacturer no longer exists then it should not matter but I add it anyway. Do the same in your description, there is a help I think but could not find it as there are other words like fits and suits that can be used.
46 current listings, all of which are likely to be in breach of vehicle manufacturers rights. Some manufacturers such as toyota are very strict in protecting their brands.
You need to be very precise with aftermarket parts and specify that they are for...... , will fit......., suit/able for.....etc.
Your current ads at a glance, could be construed as selling new genuine products.
Comply. Are you authorised to sell said items?
You are selling the 46 items I can see as brand new.
How many listings do you think you should have?
Comply with brand regulations
Pretty simply
Keep listing once you have already been pulled up on it by eBay and they may close you down permanently. Or the actual companies who own the brand names you are using, if you are not authorised to
