Need yet more advice

Hi all..another question ( gee having a great week)..I  opened a case on an unpaid item on may 4th ..Usually thier are no issues and after a small amount of time if buyer has not responded  after 7 days i can close the case and get my final value fee returned ..Today is the 8 th day and when i look at case details it just tells me buyer has not responded and does not give me the usual choice boxes to tick to cancel & receive credit back also providing the date i can do this which is also always thier..The only thing it shows is a small box to type in enter your response again..Not sure what to do to finish transaction..Once again any advice please

Don't cancel the case. You want to close the case. There is a big difference.

You can close it 4 days after it's opened.

Try opening resolution centre from somewhere else in case it's a glitch.

Try from account tab and res centre rather than next to item. Then to open cases.
