I know this is trivial but a buyer left neutral feedback but with the comment 'Great item Fast delivery' What??? I have contacted them and asked, politely, if they could change it to a positive. No response. My question is do I comment on their feedback, and if so what should I say?
I know it will eventually drop off the feedback page and other buyers who may look at my feedback will wonder, as I did, what was their problem!
It does not effect your ratings and looks like an error and this happens when left via phones.
Do not respond of it will attention to it.
