Not receiving notifications for checkout

For some reason I no longer seem to be receiving messages when buyers complete checkout and are paying via bank deposit. I sused to get an email I will be sending payment and would like my item posted to or something like that. Most buyers use paypal but a few still deposit. I am sure there is somewhere a box has become unticked but not sure where to look?  would be so grateful for any advice

Some people just do not go through check out.  I thought they have to get the banking details, but apparently not.
