Hi guys, I sent a parcel interstate and the postie didn't leave my buyer a card to collect her item. The buyer contacted me asking where her parcel was, so I responded with the tracking number and stating it was waiting collection at her Post Office !!
Sadly by the time my buyer went to collect her parcel it had been marked as returned to sender.
The question is... my buyer still wants her goods, but who pays for returning it?
Secondly, I havn't actually received the returning parcel... What happens if it gets lost?
