Payment on Pay Pal

I listed my item for $4500- but sold for $4000- Buyer cant pay on PayPal as wont accept

Many glitches with eBay at present. Could also be PayPal setting limits on a new buyer account.

But more importantly, the buyer should be paying with cash or bank cheque on pick up assuming it is the forklift.

I wouldn't accept PayPal on a pick up item as there is no protection from a chargeback for a seller.
