I had a customer pay 4 days after winning an item I was selling. I bought a label through eBay and posted it the very next day. Yet the customer raised a ‘haven’t received item’ issue on the same day I posted. Which was the day after he paid.
Now the funds are on hold. EBay also hasn’t reviewed this in 6 days. I can’t understand how this is possible?

no idea how the buyer opened an item not received dispute so fast though. Have you uploaded the tracking to the dispute?
