Hi,
my buyer originally was going to pick up her item and clicked pick up.
now due to ill health she wants it sent but I can't find a way to send her an another invoice as that option is no longer there.
help please.

From your sold list to the right of item in the drop down menu should be send invoice.
If not, I would explain to the buyer that checkout won't reset therefore you need their PayPal email address to send a funds request total.
Then all you do is log into PayPal and send a funds request with the buyers email addy.
