Can not remove an item from the To Send list.   Buyer picked up the item himself and left Positive feedback.  When I try to remove it, eBay asking for a reference number which I don't have.    Therefore 3 months later is still showing.    Chatting to live agent is no longer possible in Australia.  The automated chat totally useless.

You type 'speak to agent' or something similar in the chat bot

eBay rarely read  the member to member forum

And while I agree AI on ebay is pointless , there is still the option to 'speak' to a human

Although they all read from scripted responses, so still, mostly pointless
