Pick up item sold in January, was picked up a week later and buyer left positive feedback.

Can not remove an item from the To Send list.   Buyer picked up the item himself and left Positive feedback.  When I try to remove it, eBay asking for a reference number which I don't have.    Therefore 3 months later is still showing.    Chatting to live agent is no longer possible in Australia.  The automated chat totally useless.
