Please enter valid dimensions for your package - tough bag

Hi

I'm trying to post an item using turbo lister and it keeps telling me to please enter valid dimensions for my package.  I am using calculated postage.  I have entered the weight (over 500g).  I selected the drop down to say it's a Tough Bag and then put in 2 dimensions (length * width) and left the height blank.  I guess it's the blank height that's the problem but I'm not sure what to put in there.  Does anyone have any ideas?

You are supposed to put in the dimensions of the packed item, not the tough bag itself.
