How can ozvitamin be allowed to sell on Ebay after continual negative feedback?

I am still waiting on item purchased. Seller has 14 Neg. in past month, lift your game Ebay..

Question is why would you purchase from such a seller in the first place, of course the negs may have started rolling in prior to your purchase, 

Advise opening a dispute for item not received asap,

It looks like a possible drop shipping arrangement gone bad, but don`t rely on a favorable putcome, take steps to get your money back , you only have 45 days from date of purchase to take action, after that it will be too late.

Also your post may be removed, you are not allowed to name members, but hopefully you will take on the advice without further delay.
