I have been selling under the 1st ID (DVDS) for many years and have been selling under the second ID (Crafts) for a few months now.
I have decided to open a store to sell the products from my 2nd ID. Unfortunately Ebay will not let me, this is the result - The requirements to open a store have not been met. Please register for an eBay seller account with a credit card on file.

Call ebay, phone number is available via customer support, explain and they should be able to direct you.
