Different details what to do?

I have a buyer who has won and paid for their item but the ebay name & address details do not match the paypal name & address.They are both totally different.I have sent buyer an email asking where/who should i post the item to-but have had no response.

This has happened once before with another buyer-then they said they never recieved the item so i had to refund in full.I'm not prepared to do it again.So what should i do,as the item should have been mailed by now.

It is perfectly OK for people to send the item to another address and name.  That is called gift address and is an option when you are checking out with PP.  Next time you pay for something, just click on the CHANGE link next to your name and address and you will see how it is done.  I have done it many times, especially when my daughter and her family were living in Europe, it was so much easier to send presents I bought over there, and they were delivered without having to worry about paying custom charges.  But i always told the seller what I have done. 

If you lost a case it was not because you sent to gift address, it would have been because you sent to the ebay address when somebody requested different address, or because you did not have on line tracking for the parcel.
