I listed perfume for sale and clearly showed it was pickup only from my suburb, with no post allowed. Twice people from interstate bought it and now I keep getting reminders to submit feedback on sales I have had to cancel. Why is feedback even an option if the item is cancelled due to buyer error each time? It is frustrating enough as a seller when people ignore the conditions of sale.
Anyone help me to remove the feedback option please? Thanks.

If you're getting feedback reminders from ebay, go to:
My ebay
Account
Communication Preferences
General Preferences > Feedback >Show
Feedback Reminder > Use the dropdown box option of None
Click Save
