Listed a heater as "local pick up only". Buyer paid and insists I post it. Can I cancel sale?

I informed the buyer when he/she messaged me before the sale that I could not post the item.  But they paid anyway and now will not respond to messages.  I know they can't pick up the item because they told me they have no car and also we are in lock down in Greater Sydney.  I want to cancel the sale, refund the buyer and relist the item (it's a heater and winter is now over!!), but this situation is not listed as a reason for cancelling a sale.  I asked the buyer to request a cancellation, but no response... I have reported a buyer issue (requesting a postage service I don't offer). I am a newbie, this is my second sale on e-bay.  I appreciate advice.

Yes and you should as the listing clearly states Pick up only.

If you haven't already, explain and send a screen shot of the listing showing Pick up only No postage.
