Sold item as new but opened, customer made offer I accepted she has contacted me not wanted now help

The item listed new but opened, customer made an offer I accepted the offer. She said did not know it was opened as you have a no refund policy I do not want it I will buy a new something like that. I checked listed states new but opened, she is saying not buying it and you can not make me, I always thought if I was honest and listed as is sale was final. Can someone let me know where I stand, please.

There is no such thing as a no refund policy

Sellers can select no returns option  which is only for change of mind, once a buyer has paid (which you say you only accepted an offer) so no payment has been made

The buyer is right, you cannot make her pay and eBay will not and have never made a buyer pay either

Best to do as already advised

And then block the buyer
