buyer requested a full refund and then when given didnt post it back resold it on her ebay

I sold a top and the buyer stated it didnt fit sent 7 emails begging for a full refund and postage .gave in and paid her. a full refund The top never returned .as she sold it on her ebay on the 4 th march please help me to stop her from scamming others

You could have prevented this by not refunding without return.
