Hi there,

Has the auction already got bids on it? If not, you can simple go to the edit listing and add a buy it now price to the equivalent value of your customers offer.

Alternatively, if the auction already has bids on it you could cancel the bids on the listing and then add the buy it now price for your customer to quickly purchase. 

To remove bids on a listing log into your My Ebay & under the Alert's and To Do's you will see the Cancel bids for a listing link.

You could also cancel the listing all together and simply list another new Buy It Now listing for the item at the agreed offer price, send the link to customer and they will be able to purchase your item!
