In your listing it implies that the charms as well as the bracelet are authentic, in other words it does not say the charms are not authentic.
If the buyer opend a case for "not as desribed" they will almost certainly win and they'll get their money back and possibly keep the bracelet and charms as well.
Your best bet is to offer a complete refund after they've returned the bracelet and charms, you will also need to pay for the return postage.
