Selling Defaults - Auto relisting until sold

After 11 years of selling on eBaby I discovered that I no longer had the option of relisting my items 8 times. Three calls to eBay Support have not brought that option back (despite eBay's assurances that the option would be restored). I am now resigned to having to relist my items until sold. Is it possible to have that option set as a default so that I don't have to bulk edit my listings after I've listed them?

Once you reach a certain level of sales,  you no longer qualify for free auto relists.

No matter what ebay CS  reps tell you,

You now have 250000 free listings, Fixed price listings are GTC, but you will have to manage unsold auctions yourself.
