Hi One of the bidders of my item has personally inspected the item and has offered a higher price than the current highest bid price - what can I do? Can i sell to him and close the auction ?

If there are more than 12 hours left, to the right of the item in your selling list in the drop down menu, you can end the auction and need to cancel the bids.
Keep in mind, buyers that make offers do so because they believe the item will go higher.
You can accept the offer or suggest the buyer make the bid he is offering as you prefer to let the auction finish so as not disappoint current bidders. Who knows what the current winner has put as his highest price. 😉
