Selling three items with same buyer

I have sold three items to the one buyer.  Each item has an individual postal cost.  How do I only charge the buyer for one lot of shipping?

I the buyer has not yet paid you can se an invoice with an adjustment made for postage.

If they have already paid then you can give a partial refund and send thema message saying youve refunded excess postage.
