Can I cancel a listing and sell item as a 'buy now' sale?

you dont need to cancel it , so long as it does not have any bids just choose REVISE my ITEM from the auction page and add the buy it now price you are happy to accept and make sure the 'buyer' will be on line to click BUY when you do it.
