Send a message to my followers?

Is there a way to send a message to all my followers? With the postage stamp price increase next month and other information as well about my listings, would love to be able to send all my followers information about what's happening in the near future.

I know I can add this information to my "about" profile page but most don't read this, or only read it once. 

Would be helpful and maybe it is possible could someone please let me know if it is.

BTW - I have multiple selling accounts and use this account for purchasing, questions and the odd item to sell.. thank you for your answer, it was super helpful!!
