Query, my invoice 081520-11077270260057 adds shipping of $11.60. The buyer was charged $18.85 so why is there a the charge to me?

When you charge the buyer for postage, you are responsible for paying for the item to be delivered to the buyer. If, as is probably the case, you chose to use eBay's label system for a medium satchel/box, then eBay charge you for the postage.

If you use another postage method, you pay the carrier directly.

Postage is not a free service.

How do you mean the invoice adds $11.60 for postage when you charged $18.85 on your listing?

Is his aside from the fees you need to pay for the item selling and the % of postage you charged?

I Think she means she charged th Buyer $18.85 on the listing for postage but when she printed out the ebay label for a Box or Satchel they only charged her $11.60.
The Seller was paid $18.85 but only charged $11.60 for the label - which will appear on her monthly account.
