Some of my things are not sold but don't appear in the unsold list when they finish and disappear off the screen, where are they ?

Can you please tell me what happens to the unsold items, they disappear off the screen but don't turn up in the unsold list.

Not every time but it has been happening more recently.

Any unsold items should go to your unsold list. Have you got that list set to show the maximum number of days?
