Trying to list something with free postage , but can't seem to do that ?

My listing is not being allowed unless I say postage cost ' just want to offer free post . 

Any advice please ?

First you select flat postage cost, then to the right of the postage options tick the box for free postage.

But make sure you factor in the postage cost to the item as eBay doesn't pay the postage for you.
