When I check how my item is selling, it says I have unanswered questions. But when I go to my Messages, there aren't any to respond. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place...?
I am not a seller so can not give you very specific help but can confirm that there has been a problem recently whereby sellers are told they have questions to answer but they cannot find them.
