Oh dear,
I activated an unpaid claim and had no response at all from the buyer. It ended yesterday with an unpaid strike against her name and I relisted the item. She contacted me TODAY to say she was so sorry and that she had been moving house so wasn't online! Now I need to find out if I can reverse the case and the unpaid strike as she says she'll pay for it Thursday. What can I do to help her? Thanks
