Unfair negative feedback

I sent a wrong item by an honest mistake and when the buyer informed me about it I apologised for it and sent her the correct one straight away. But before trying to resolve this matter with me she gave me a negative feedback which still stays there. Whom should I contact to ask for correcting this unfair negative feedback?

You can ask the buyer if they are happy with the correct item and if they would consider revising the feedback.

 

If they are agreeable then you send them a feedback revision request which can be found from the feedback forum.

Select the account tab from My eBay page then in the left margin select feedback.
