I got my first negative feedback just because the buyer thought the price was marked up. I explained to the buyer that I did not do it and requested to review the feedback but no success. Now my reputation is damaged for something I did not do.
Call ebay and see if they will remove the feedback.
The buyer is the one that has chosen how much they were willing to bid to.
