VeRO Infringement Policy. Why did I receive this on my item?

As per the title, been a member on ebay since 06' & never heard or seen this kind of thing before. I had an item listed for auction but was withdrawn by ebay on November 20.

To put this in perspective, another seller was selling the previous model for this range of products  & had a successful auction to sell it. The claim from the manufacturer about me "violating their intellectual property" is that I did not mention the warranty still applicable to the item, however the business has this marked up in capital letters on their website for this product range;

"THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY EXIST UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, APPLY ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THE AMD PROCESSOR, OR AMD PROCESSOR-BASED COMPUTER AND LAST ONLY FOR AS LONG AS SUCH PURCHASER CONTINUES TO OWN THE PROCESSOR."

So then, if I choose to sell the item, then the manufacturers warranty is now void, or am I missing something here?

What 'another seller did' does not make it ok for you to do

How do you know the other seller did have permission to sell the item in question?

Which is what sellers need to get if they wish to sell something (a brand) that comes under VeRO

Did you get this permission before listing?

And if not, why shouldn't it be removed?

Verified Rights Owner (VeRO) policy | eBay

And unless you are authorised to sell that brand, you are cannot say there is a warranty even without VeRO coming into it
