What's the time limit for buyers to pay up?

I contacted the buyer after 3 days and still no response. What's my next action?

It's up to you.

But you need to wait at least 4 days before you can open an unpaid case.

Then the buyer has another 4 days to pay (8 days in total) before you can close the case.

Once the case is closed, buyer gets a strike, you get the fee back and free to relist.

Then neither member can leave feedback.
