What should I do about an incorrect feedback

I have just received my first negative feedback from a buyer who said I sent him the wrong size for a mobile phone screen protector. I have checked and I am 100% certain that what I sold was the genuine article and the correct size.

I have not left feedback for the buyer yet but I have sent him a message with links to the dimensions of both phones in question (the dimensions of which vary immensely) and requesting him to contact eBay to retract his feedback, which is erroneous.

Should I be worried? Should I leave him feedback or wait and see?

Good news, I refunded the buyer and they said they will revise the feedback.

phorum_junkie*:  I could not send the "correct size" because I only sell the one product/size in this category. Arrogant?! How do you know the buyer didn't make a mistake? I also never requested them to send it back by registered post which as you say, does not make sense.

A lot of sellers only send to the Paypal registered address - this works for me because I use the local Post Office's app. which automatically generates the shipping label with the PayPal address. This also eliminates address errors.
