I've just received horrible dishonest feedback from a buyer who is clearly suffering buyer's remorse, and has chosen to accuse me publicly of trading in counterfeit goods. I'm mortified as the item I sent was authentic and I only ever sell genuine high end items. This person didn't even contact me beforehand, instead just left this nasty feedback, which is a blemish on an otherwise flawless record of selling on my part. Can I have it removed since it's completely untrue? Thank you in advance for any advice given. Kind regards.
