What to do about slanderous feedback?

I've just received horrible dishonest feedback from a buyer who is clearly suffering buyer's remorse, and has chosen to accuse me publicly of trading in counterfeit goods. I'm mortified as the item I sent was authentic and I only ever sell genuine high end items. This person didn't even contact me beforehand, instead just left this nasty feedback, which is a blemish on an otherwise flawless record of selling on my part. Can I have it removed since it's completely untrue? Thank you in advance for any advice given. Kind regards.

If you have proof that the item is not counterfeit, you could contact eBay with that.

Otherwise there is a defamtion form you can download from somewhere on the site. That apparently will do the trick.
