I have read & re-read the instructions & I seem to tick all the boxes. I am a seller in good standing with a Store - the first item I sold was in the Category of Clothing -> Girls -> Dresses which is an allowed category, & I meet all other conditions.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Btw there are so many places to write a question; please let me know if this is in the wrong place.
