Why cant buyer find my bank details on checkout

Only just started to sell some items and Paypal checkout easypeasy but other buyers have contacted me saying that bank account details do not appear when they choose bank deposit express. I have checked in preferences and it shows up that I have got it as an option. What have I done wrong?

You may have ticked bank deposit as a payment method but that doesn't necessarily mean your account details will show.

You need to add the details as well.

Hover over account tab and select site prefs. Then in selling prefs, select show and edit for payment from buyers.

Select bank deposit express. Enter details and save.
