automatic free relisting no longer available ?

I've recently found that the automatic relist feature is no longer applying when I list items to sell - the option does not show during the listing process and the item only lists once. I'm not a business seller. Is there some limit or cutoff to be eligible for this feature? Thanks.

I questioned eBay on this and their response was as stupid as ever.

I was told it only applies to new members, businesses or members who have sold less than 100 items or $12,000 I. The last 12 months. Ok sounds reasonable.

The next comment from them was:

You have had 2,4000 sales and $30,000. (Not my actual figures but just making my point)

Um, hello you idiots, those figured you quoted me refer to the whole total sales I have had since becoming a member in 2005.

My sales I the last 12 months are under 100 and the $ amount is only around $2,000.

I have since asked that they reply with a reason that actually matches their criteria. Will be interesting to see what they say.

You have to wonder how they screen these people when employing them!
