Buyer of an item puchased 1/3/17 and posted ( registered ) 3/3/17 just emailed me to say " hi I havn't received this yet" According to Auspost it was delivered on the 8/3/17. Checking her feedback she has claimed\\s not to have received three other items over the last month. How should I deal with this...giving her the benefit of the doubt...maybe her items are being stolen before she gets them herself...otherwise she thinks she's onto a good lurk. Any suggestions of how to proceed would be much appreciated. TIA
