I haven't used it, but Click & Send Pack & Track is supposed to be available, for $6.00 extra, to UK, US, NZ, Ireland and Singapore.

So, $11.45 standard postage, $1.00 for signature, $6.00 for P&T = $18.45 plus the cost of the satchel.
