can i blacklist a specific buyer whose feedback is poor?

Is it possible to exclude a specific buyer from my auction on the basis his feedback repeatedly describes him to be a nuisance?

You can block any bidder for any reason.

You can and should set your buyer requirements in My Ebay, Account, Site Preferences to block bidders with 2 or more unpaid item strikes in the past 12 months.
