can i say no to e-cheques ?

I keep getting payments in this very annoying form,without warming and they regularly take well over a week to clear.           So I am wondering am I allowed to say no and not accept this form of payment? Thanks in advance 🙂

No, you cannot, and actually I love eCheques as they are safer than payments from CC.
