I sold an item on ebay and the buyer made payment. At the same time I lost my email address in the listing of the item, and I can't get this email address back. I was told by ebay that my payment was floating and I could not access it. They said buyer had to cancel the purchase and make the payment again. The buyer said they could not cancel the purchase even though they tried. As I did not want the buyer to think I was dishonest I have now sent her the purchase without payment.
