Can anyone tell me if there is a 'trick' to getting click and send to accept a postcode?
I keep getting told it's wrong when I know it's right and I've checked all parts of the address very carefully.

Have you tried deleting the suburb/town name and leave the state and postcode and click Validate? That will bring up a list of names with that postcode. If the right name is there you can select it.
If it's still not there, try searching in http://auspost.com.au/apps/postcode.html
I had one the other day that according to google was the correct postcode but not according to Aus Post so I added a line and used the buyer's suburb in the third line in the address and the Aus Post suburb in the City/Suburb field.
